No Government Affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any other government agency. If the Services, our marketing, or any lead refer to veteran-related programs, those are private insurance products. They are not government benefits or programs.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep the Services useful, but we can't promise that everything in them is accurate, complete, or current. Content, data, templates, and tools may contain errors or become outdated, and the insurance and telecommunications landscape changes often. Telecommunications and Delivery

No Insurance, Legal, Tax, Financial, or Compliance Advice

We don't provide insurance, legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice. That applies to our website content, platform features, templates, knowledge base, training materials, and communications with our team. Please consult your own attorney, compliance professional, tax advisor, or carrier or upline contacts about your specific situation.

AI Features

Our AI features include AI SMS agents, AI voice calling, the AI underwriting assistant, AI rebuttals, and the AI knowledge base. They generate content automatically, which means they:

  • may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated;
  • may produce responses that are inappropriate for a particular consumer or situation; and
  • are informational only.

Underwriting suggestions are not underwriting decisions, eligibility determinations, or offers of coverage. Only a carrier can make those decisions. You must verify any AI-generated information against the carrier's current guidelines before relying on it or passing it to a consumer. You are also responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and approving how AI features are configured and used in your own outreach.

Carrier Information

Carrier underwriting guides, carrier names, and logos available in the Services are provided for reference only. They may be outdated or incomplete, and their presence doesn't mean any carrier endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with us. Always confirm current product details, rates, and underwriting rules directly with the carrier.

Compliance Features Are Tools Only

Lead Suite OS includes features such as calling-hour checks, opt-out handling, consent records, quiet hours, A2P compliance site templates, and legal page templates. These are tools to help you organize and manage your own practices. They do not ensure legal compliance.

You remain solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your business, including:

  • the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA);
  • Do Not Call (DNC) rules, at both federal and state levels;
  • telemarketing laws;
  • call and message recording consent laws;
  • AI disclosure requirements;
  • insurance advertising and marketing rules; and

If this Disclaimer and the Terms of Service conflict, the Terms of Service control to the extent of the conflict. This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where other law is required to apply.
